In this class we enter the magical Laplace domain and learn about control systems, feedback loops, and attempt to drown ourselves in differential equations. This, at this point, is looking like my easiest class. 2.006 = Thermal Fluids II. The sequel to my favorite class ever, 2.005. 2.006, just like 2.005, has the potential to trounce me. I envision splattered spirits and crushed dreams coming up! 2.007 = Design and Manufacturing I. In this class everybody is issued a box of materials, taught some design basics and some machining, and has one semester to build a competitive robot for an end-of-the-semester competition. 2.00b = Toy Design.
